Kimberley Gundogs - Teaching You to Train Your Dog™

Coshy becomes an A Panel Judge

As many of you will know, much of the work behind the scenes in organising the training days at Kimberly Gundogs and making sure they flow perfectly is done by Coshy, who also competes and has been a judge for some years.

Promotion to be an A panel judge recognises both her ability and the respect she has earned in the HPR world.  Coshy also teaches at the courses in  Northumberland and the Borders.

Welcome to Kimberley Gundogs. We specialise in gundog training for Spaniels, Retrievers and Pointers.

Based in Devon, we offer two-day courses and individual tuition at our training ground throughout the year.

Founder Steve Kimberley has been training gundogs professionally for over 35 years. His training philosophy is rooted in tried and tested techniques with a positive approach to teaching the handler to train their own dog.

We hold training courses across the country, including two-day specialised group training in Northumberland during the Spring, and training in Kent in the Summer.

As well as our group courses, we offer individual training either on a regular or ad-hoc basis.

All tuition, both for individual and group lessons, is led by Steve Kimberley.

Training Courses for all abilities

Our training courses let you learn in a natural way, working with Steve on your own dog, and helping each other get the best from their dogs

Every course is tailored to the ability of the dogs in the group and we offer a broad range of levels, ranging from beginner right through to advanced and field craft.

Let Steve show you how to improve your dog, and your training.
