Whilst this site is updated daily, we cannot guarantee place availability on a course. We will confirm your place as soon as possible.

You may cancel a place within 7 days of booking and a full refund of any monies paid will be made. After this no refunds will be made.

Bitches in season may not participate. You should consider the risk of your bitch being in season when you book.

Bookings are made for a specific course and are not transferrable.

You should consider whether you should take out cancellation insurance.

On booking we will ask for a £80 deposit from you. The balance will be payable not later than 3 weeks before the course.

We reserve the right to cancel a course if needed. An alternative date if available or a full refund at your option will be offered.

We will be taking bookings for up to 10 participants and will do this on a first come first served basis.

Kimberley Gundogs reserves the right to decline clients and to withdraw the offer of a place on a course. All deposits and monies paid to Kimberley Gundogs shall be refunded in this instance.

As with all gundog training the ground that may be wet, uneven, sloping, or marshy, and you may encounter bramble, fallen trees, branches or logs or other ground obstructions, and need to cross watercourses, or other natural or manmade obstacles. We accept no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to persons or property including animals, however occasioned.

Harsh handling will not be permitted, and if repeated you may be asked to leave the course.

All dogs must be kept on leads unless actually training.

If the weather is warm, you will need to be able to rest your dog and keep it shaded – please consider how you will achieve this – maybe with a vehicle sunshades.

Please pick up after your dog.
