For Subscribers to our mailing list, we hold your name and your email address so that we can send emails to you and address you by name. You may unsubscribe at any time.
For customers who book courses, we hold :
Your Name – so that we can address you appropriately
Your Email Address – so that we can communicate with you
Your address and other contact details if appropriate
Dates of courses you have booked or attended, together with any booking information we ask for.
This data is held to allow us to carry out our business and to fulfill our contractual obligations.
Where payment is via Paypal our partner, Paypal takes payment details and holds these in case of dispute and for legal reasons. We keep no details other than your payment method.
You have a right to ask us to confirm the data we hold for you at no cost; to have any information corrected and changed; and to ask for us to delete all the information we hold on you, although we may still be required under law to hold some information for HMRC tax regulation, Accountancy good practise, insurance and other legal purposes as allowed under GDPR.
