We believe the best way to learn is to start with a relaxed handler. As well as helping you develop the skills you need to achieve your goals, our aim is for you to enjoy training with your dog.
Group training is limited to 8-10 handlers with one dog working at a time, this gives everyone the chance to watch others and understand how they are interacting with their own dogs; you progress at the right pace and assimilate information over the course of the two days which helps to embed skills and techniques.
At the start of your course Steve assesses your dog and your working partnership so that he can build the course around the groups’ capabilities. Every owner and dog are different, so the skills and elements of training are tailored to suit the individuals within the group, ensuring that both handler and dog learn from the exercises but most importantly, that they succeed.
Everyone will come away with renewed confidence, skills and exercises which they can progress and practice, as well as memories of a great weekend.
